There will be times that you may need to contact us if you have an enquiry or concern surrounding Furcation. If this is the case, please use the below contact form to contact us.
If you are a registered Furcation user, most of the fields will pre-populate with the details you provided during registration.
Here are some examples for each enquiry type to help you choose the right option:
General Enquiry regarding the event - queries such as 'how do I get there, what time can we check in, can I buy extra days?'
Registration/ticket enquiry - queries relating to payments being received by us, roomsharing, changing ticket types or adding extra's such as sponsorship to your package.
Policy enquiry - queries relating to our data protection, privacy or code of conduct can be sent here. This includes checking if you are permitted to do something.
I want to run an event at Furcation - as it says on the tin. Let us know that you wish to run an event that any Furcation attendees are welcome to join!
Security concern or enquiry - all security matters. Use this to report any concerns such as harrassment or bullying.
I wish to make a complaint - for when you are not happy with the way something has been handled.
Website error or query - queries such as "getting an error message on the site", "cannot buy a ticket" or if you notice any spelling/grammar errors on site.
Media enquiry - All journalists must use this option. NB - any media requests to attend MUST be received at least 2 weeks prior to the event. This enables us time to understand why you wish to attend, what your end product will be and if it is both relevant and in the interests of us and our attendees so that we may approve your attendance. Failure to adhere to this will result in your attendance being declined.
