Below you will find links to our Code of Conduct, Data Protection and Privacy policies. In order to register for Furcation, you need to have read, and agreed to, all of the below policies. In registering to attend Furcation, this is taken as acceptance of these policies and you will be asked if you agree to these during the registration process. If you do not agree with any of the below terms or policies, you will not be permitted to attend the event.
If you select the checkbox at registration to say you agree to the below policies, you will not be able to argue against these policies at a later stage as our records will show that you have agreed to them. This cannot be undone, however, you may request for your account to be deleted.
It is the attendees responsibility to ensure that they have kept up to date with any new updates to the Code of Conduct, Data Protection Policy or Privacy Policy before each event.

You will see that the name Frantic Eufuria LTD is mentioned during these policies. “Furcation” is a trading name of Frantic Eufuria LTD, a non-profit company limited by guarantee, and registered with Companies House under company number 07720951. We are also registered with the Information Commissioners Office for the purposes of handling personal data and to ensure we comply with the Data Protection Act. We formally notified the ICO on 24 November 2014 that we will be handling personal data in line with the above policies.
In order to attend an event run by Frantic Eufuria LTD, you must agree to the above policies. By agreeing to these policies, you authorise Frantic Eufuria LTD to process your personal data in accordance with these policies. If you agree to these policies, you can select this option when you register for Furcation.
